My stay at Arkana 9 Suites was a mixed experience. while the area was relatively quiet and within walking distance to restaurants, there were several issues that detracted from the overall enjoyment. The room was different from what I expected, with uncomfortable lighting and outdated amenities. Plus, my peace by the pool was disrupted by an unannounced party, which made me feel unwelcome.

I was disappointed with the room. it had harsh fluorescent lighting instead of cozy night lamps, and I noticed the fridge wasn't working properly. Additionally, I was missing a sofa that was supposed to be in the room. While I appreciated the new TV, the overall ambiance was lacking.
